This Live Edge River table was created from two bookmatched slabs of English Walnut which is 20% stronger than Black Walnut! They feature areas of curly figure and a naturally iridescent grain as is typical of English Walnut. The resin is a 2-stage pour with Black Onyx metallic epoxy resin on the bottom half and clear on top to give the table a lot of depth. The black resin is about 70% transparent, so at night or in low light the resin looks black/opaque. During the day or under bright lighting the resin will look semi-transparent with smokey black metallic clouds.
